Our “have it all” coaching experience
Custom Training Cycles
Ideal for the athlete looking for solid programming with a hands-off approach. An hour-long video conference session with TSA will go over questions you may have about: lifting dynamics, mobility, how to break through a plateau, or how to program for yourself. Each session will include a spreadsheet with the notes mentioned and a lifting program to follow. Some athletes (especially those in an extended off-season) really only need adjustments every 6-8 weeks. Additional follow-up consultations can keep you progressing and injury free.
Is lack of full range of motion affecting performance, or causing repeated injuries or inflammation? We can help.
Breaking down complex movements and giving meaningful cues to work toward better technique. Become more efficient with the squat, bench press, and deadlift.
Training changes to break plateaus and keep you progressing, using science and application-based principles.
We can suggest all-new approaches as well. Sometimes, simply another way of looking at a problem, a different way of dividing frequency or volume is all you need.
