We are asking for 48-60 individuals interested in participating in a study where they receive free programming designed to increase their powerlifting total. We will be asking for initial and final levels of strength on the squat, bench press, and deadlift as well as motivation levels, fatigue levels, and overall impressions.
- Intermediate male powerlifters age 18-30 (minimum 1 year of powerlifting training)
- Honest people willing to run a 12-week training program with no modifications, tailored to improve your powerlifting total.
- Must have competed in at least one powerlifting meet.
- No powerlifting competition for the next 12 weeks.
- Know either your 1 rep maxes or estimated 1 rep maxes.
- Have video of your 1RMs, and willing to submit video of final lifts.
